By accessing and using MapleTools, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
02Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access MapleTools for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
03User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

MapleTools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
05Third-Party Services
MapleTools uses Discord for authentication. By using Discord OAuth, you also agree to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
06Prohibited Uses
You may not use MapleTools:
- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- To transmit any malicious code or harmful content
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user
- To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
07Intellectual Property
MapleTools and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MapleTools and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
08Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
09Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
